Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from confirmation

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be processed on the next working day

Processing time is separate from delivery time

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be displayed at checkout

PawzzelTV may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions

Once shipped, tracking details shall be shared via SMS / Email

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments

PawzzelTV shall not be liable for delays caused by such partners.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Delivery shall be attempted as per courier partner policies

9. DAMAGED PACKAGE AT DELIVERY

Customers are advised to record an unboxing video

Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
