RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) is issued by PawzzelTV (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and forms an integral part of our Terms of Use.
By placing an order on our website, you (“Customer”, “you”, “your”) agree to this Policy.
1. APPLICABILITY
– This Policy applies to all purchases made within India through PawzzelTV
– The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice
2. RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
2.1 Eligibility Criteria
– Request must be raised within 7 days from delivery
– Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
– Product must include original packaging, invoice, tags, and accessories
2.2 Valid Reasons
– Product is defective or physically damaged
– Wrong product, size, or variant received
– Product does not match website description
3. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
– Pet toys and chewable items
– Pet grooming or hygiene products
– Pet food, treats, and consumables
– Pet beds, mats, and fabric products
– Customized or personalized items
(Note: Exceptions apply only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage)
4. RETURN REQUEST PROCESS
To request a return or replacement:

– Provide Order ID
– Share clear product images
– Provide unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
Requests without proper proof may be rejected.
5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
– All returns will be inspected by the Company
– Approval or rejection is based on quality check
– Rejected items may be returned at customer’s cost
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 General Policy
– We follow a “Replacement or Store Credit Only” policy
– Refunds to original payment method are limited
6.2 Eligible Cases
– Replacement not available
– Order cancelled before dispatch
– Approved return but replacement unavailable
6.3 Refund Mode

– Original payment method (at our discretion)
6.4 Timeline
– Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
7. STORE CREDIT
– Valid for 90 days from issue date
– Non-transferable and non-refundable
– Usable only on PawzzelTV website
8. RETURN SHIPPING
– Reverse pickup may be arranged (subject to availability)
– Logistics fee of ₹100–₹150 may apply
– If pickup unavailable, customer must self-ship
– Company is not responsible for transit loss or damage
9. ORDER CANCELLATION
– Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
– Cancellation not allowed after shipping
– Refunds processed within 7–10 business days
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
– Minor color or size variations are not considered defects
– Damage due to misuse or negligence is not covered
– Liability is limited to the product purchase value
11. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company is not responsible for delays due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
